This notice applies to all personal data collected from job applicants ("Candidates") at Untitled Needleworks. This is separate from our main Privacy Policy, which covers website users and customers.

When you apply for a role, we collect data necessary to evaluate your application. This includes:
- Contact Information: Full name, email address, contact number.
- Professional History: Resume/CV, education details, certifications, employment history, portfolio links (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Application Details: Preferred role, statement of interest, availability, referral information, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Your data is used exclusively for recruitment purposes, including:
- Assessing your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

- Verifying your information and conducting reference checks (with your prior consent).

If your application is successful, your data will become part of your employee file.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for 12 months. We do this to consider you for future suitable openings, unless you request that we delete your data sooner.
